The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the Johnson Pang NextWave Traders (“Course”) + Community and all content, services, and products available at or through Johnson Pang (“Owner”). Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using the Course. By accessing or using any part of the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access the Course or use any services.
Course Content
The Course content, including but not limited to pre-recorded materials, investing and trading strategies, is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Neither Johnson Pang nor any affiliates provide investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Nothing in the Course should be construed as professional financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or investment.
Any financial information presented is as of the date published or indicated and is subject to change without notice. Any forward-looking statements or forecasts are based on assumptions and actual results may differ materially. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
Course Access
The Course will be delivered via Podia and Discord. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software, hardware, and internet access to participate in the Course.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, if any, and for restricting access to your computer or device. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment and Refunds
The Course fee is S$2688, payable upfront and valid for 1 year of access. All payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods or unused access.
Intellectual Property
All content included in or made available through the Course, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof, as well as any software used in the Course, is the property of Johnson Pang and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not duplicate, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reuse any portion of the Course content, HTML/CSS, Javascript, visual design elements, or concepts without the express written permission of Johnson Pang.
Warranty and Liability
The Course is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Johnson Pang and any suppliers or licensors do not warrant that the Course will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
In no event will Johnson Pang, or any suppliers, affiliates, or licensors, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Course, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Course is to stop using it.
Miscellaneous
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Johnson Pang concerning the Course and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
Johnson Pang reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Course after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
