Johnson Pang Refund Policy (“Policy”)
We value our customers and are committed to providing high-quality educational services. This Policy outlines our approach to refunds for the Johnson Pang NextWave Traders (“Course”).
Refunds Within the First 5 Days
We offer a refund for the Course within the first 5 days of your purchase, provided that only the Price Action Strategy section of the Course has been accessed. You may request a refund at any time during these first 5 days, whether you have completed the Price Action Strategy or not.
No Refunds After 5 Days or After Accessing Additional Course Content
After the initial 5-day period, or once the second and third parts of the Course are released (beginning on the 6th day after your purchase), refunds are no longer available. This applies regardless of whether you have accessed or completed the additional course content.
Exceptional Circumstances
While our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may consider refunds in the following situations, at our sole discretion:
Non-delivery of the Course: If, due to technical issues, you do not receive access to the Course.
Major defects: If there are significant errors or technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using the Course as described.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, please email support@johnsonpang.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your name, purchase details, and the reason for your request.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Course after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
